Sale of gas by approved weights and measures required--Violation as misdemeanor.It is a Class 2 misdemeanor to sell or offer for sale, either at wholesale or retail, any liquefied petroleum gas, either in liquid or vapor form, except by weights and measures that are approved by the department.
