34-45-31. Creation of a 911 telecommunicator training fund.There is hereby created within the state treasury the 911 telecommunicator training fund into which shall be deposited moneys as provided by §23-3-53. All moneys in the fund created by this section are continuously appropriated for the purposes of training and certifying of 911 telecommunicators.
