State financial assistance paid from special emergency and disaster special revenue fund--Vouchers.The state financial assistance provided by §34-48A-32 may be paid and advanced from the funds appropriated to the special emergency and disaster special revenue fund upon vouchers executed by the county treasurer and approved by the secretary.
