34-48A-35. Scope of rules.The Department of Public Safety may promulgate rules pursuant to chapter 1-26 concerning:(1)The establishment of minimum standards of local effort to obtain financial assistance under this chapter and the procedures for obtaining such assistance;(2)The establishment of compensation levels for emergency management workers under subdivision 34-48A-22(3); and(3)The standards and procedures for providing benefits under the Disaster Relief Act of 1974, as amended by the Robert T.
