34-48A-4. Employment of personnel--Expenditures.The secretary of public safety may employ technical, clerical, stenographic, and other personnel pursuant to chapter 3-6D. The secretary may make expenditures from the funds made available to the secretary for purposes of emergency management, as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of this chapter.
