34-48A-6. Emergency coordination of resources by Governor.Whenever the Governor, pursuant to §34-48A-5, declares an emergency or disaster to exist within the state, the Governor may authorize and direct the resources of any political subdivision of the state or of any department, commission, or agency of the state to assist another political subdivision with such resources.
