§ 34a-1-20

34A-1-20. Maintenance of motor vehicle emission control devices--Violation.The Board of Minerals and Environment may promulgate rules pursuant to chapter 1-26 to control emissions from motor vehicles by the proper maintenance of all emission control equipment with which the vehicle was equipped at the time of original purchase.
