34A-6-105. Big Stone power plant approved.Pursuant to the provisions of §34A-6-53, the Legislature hereby approves the operation of the Big Stone Power Plant near Big Stone City, South Dakota, with respect to the disposal of solid waste and finds that the facility is environmentally safe according to regulations in effect in 1993 and as permitted by the Board of Minerals and Environment and is in the public interest. The operation shall be in accordance with the terms of a solid waste permit or permit renewal issued by the Board of Minerals and Environment. Source: SL 1993, ch 260.
