34A-6-41. Local standards for sites and facilities.Any local governing body in accordance with existing statutory authority, may by ordinance or resolution adopt standards for the location, design, construction, and maintenance of solid waste disposal sites and facilities more restrictive than those adopted by the State Department of Agriculture and Natural Resources under the provisions of this chapter.
