34A-13-32. Continuous appropriation--Administrative budget submitted to Legislature.Money in the fund is continuously appropriated to the department for the purpose of making reimbursements under and for the other purposes described in this chapter. The department shall annually submit its administrative budget to the Legislature for approval as provided in §4-8-1.
