35-1-9. Storage of beverages restricted to licensed premises--Exception.No licensee under this title may keep or store any alcoholic beverages at any place within the state other than on the premises where the licensee is authorized to operate. However, a licensee may store alcoholic beverages in a bonded warehouse pursuant to §35-4-45.
