35-2-11.1. Recommendation by local governing body for suspension or revocation of license--Grounds--Action by secretary.The governing body of a municipality or county may recommend to the secretary following a hearing that any license issued under this title be suspended or revoked for violation of any of the provisions of this title or for violations of any ordinance or regulation of the governing body relevant to alcoholic beverage control that occurs on the premises of the licensee.
