35-2-12. Investigation--Revocation or suspension proceedings. If the secretary receives information of a violation by any licensee of any provision of this title, the secretary shall investigate the alleged violation. If there is substantial evidence to support that a violation of any provision of this title has occurred, the secretary shall proceed in accordance with the provisions of §§35-2-10, 35-2-10.1, and 35-2-21.
