35-2-2. Fees.Every application for a license submitted to the secretary as provided by §35-2-1.1 shall be accompanied by payment of the required fee for the license. However, the license fee for a municipal off-sale license shall be retained by the municipality. If the application is rejected, the fee shall be promptly returned to the applicant. If the application is granted, the fee shall be deposited in the general fund.
