35-2-6.10. Manufacturers and wholesalers permitted to donate beverages to certain licensees .Notwithstanding the provisions of §35-2-6.4 or 35-4-52, a manufacturer or wholesaler may donate alcoholic beverages to any civic, charitable, educational, fraternal, or veterans organization licensed pursuant to §35-4-124.
