36-4-6. Equipment, supplies, and services for board--Expenses restricted to revenue.The Board of Examiners shall have the power to expend the necessary funds for its offices, furniture, fixtures, supplies, administrative and stenographic services. Administrative personnel having responsibility over funds of the Board of Examiners shall furnish a bond for the faithful performance of their duties in such sum as the board shall from time to time direct.
