36-4A-34. Fees.The board shall set, by rules promulgated pursuant to chapter 1-26, and shall collect in advance the following nonrefundable fees from applicants:(1)For an initial license, not more than seventy-five dollars;(2)For renewal of a license, not more than one hundred dollars;(3)For reinstatement of a lapsed license, the current renewal fee plus not more than twenty-five dollars;(4)For a temporary license, not more than fifty dollars.
