36-4A-4. Unlawful practice as misdemeanor--Each violation as separate offense.Except as provided in §§36-4A-5 and 36-4A-6, any person who practices as a physician assistant in this state without a license issued by the board and a practice agreement approved by the board is guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor.
