Supervising physician--Immunity--Exception.A physician, nurse practitioner, or physician assistant who supervises emergency medical services personnel is not liable for any civil damages for any act or omission of the emergency medical services personnel, where the life of a patient is in immediate danger, unless the act or omission was the result of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
