36-4B-28. Suspension on failure to renew license--Reinstatement.The board shall suspend any license not renewed within the time required, as set forth in §36-4B-26.The board may reinstate a license, during the twelve-month period following the date of expiration, upon receiving proof that the person who held the license:(1)Complied with the requirements set forth in §36-4B-26; and(2)Paid the reinstatement fee established by the board pursuant to §36-4B-29.
