36-4B-29. Licensure fees--Promulgation of rules.The board shall promulgate rules pursuant to chapter 1-26 to establish fees for emergency medical services personnel as follows:(1)Initial licensure, not more than fifty dollars;(2)Licensure by reciprocity, not more than seventy-five dollars;(3)Licensure renewal, not more than fifty dollars; and(4)Reissuance of a lost or destroyed license, not more than ten dollars.
