Federal personnel not restricted--Religious groups not practicing medicine.Nothing in this chapter shall limit the activities of employees of the United States Army, Air Force, Navy, or Marine Hospitals or of the United States Veterans' Administration, or the United States Public Health Service Hospitals or military medical personnel in the performance of their duties, nor to the religious groups as such who do not practice medicine, surgery, or obstetrics by the use of any material remedies or agencies.
