36-4C-20. Reinstatement of license or permit.Upon written application establishing compliance with existing licensing or temporary permit requirements and for reasons the board deems sufficient, the board, for good cause shown, by majority vote, may, under the conditions it may impose, reinstate or reissue a license or temporary permit to any person whose license or temporary permit has been cancelled, suspended or revoked. Upon suspension of a license or temporary permit, the board may provide an automatic reinstatement thereof after a specified fixed period of time. Source: SL 1993, ch 273, §20.
