36-5-24. Application for certification as chiropractic assistant. A chiropractic assistant seeking a certification of registration under this chapter shall complete and submit an application as prescribed by the board. The board may promulgate rules pursuant to chapter 1-26 to establish an annual registration fee, not to exceed one hundred dollars, from those persons registered as chiropractic assistants.
