36-5-6. Acceptance of funds by the board--Separate fund--Payments from fund--Expense limited by revenue. The board shall deposit all funds it receives or collects under the provisions of this chapter in the bank that is authorized by the board. The board may expend funds for administrative, consultative, and other necessary services for the board in an amount set by the board. The funds may be withdrawn by the executive director as authorized by the board. All compensation and other expenses of the board must be paid from the funds received under the provisions of this chapter. No expenses may be incurred by the board in excess of the board's revenue.
