36-7-30. Entry and inspection by board--Purpose--Drug records and inventories.The Board of Examiners, or any of its officers or employees so authorized, may, during business hours, enter and inspect any place where optometry is practiced for the purpose of enforcing this chapter and rules adopted pursuant hereto.
