36-9-31.2. Temporary anesthetist permit pending examination results.Upon application and payment of the required fee, the board may issue a temporary permit to practice as a certified registered nurse anesthetist to an applicant who has completed an approved program and is awaiting the results of the first examination that she is eligible to take after the temporary permit is issued.
