36-9-32.2. Temporary anesthetist permit issued to applicant from another state.Upon application and payment of the required fee, the Board of Nursing may issue a temporary permit to practice as a registered nurse anesthetist to an applicant from another state holding a current license as a certified registered nurse anesthetist while awaiting licensure in this state.
