36-9-37. Proof of education required--Licensed practical nurse.An applicant for a license to practice as a licensed practical nurse shall submit to the Board of Nursing written evidence, verified by oath, that the applicant has completed an approved program or its equivalent for the preparation of licensed practical nurses.
