36-10-18.9. State Board of Physical Therapy--Board member immunity.Each member of the State Board of Physical Therapy is immune from personal liability for any act or omission in the discharge of the member's responsibilities. The state shall hold the board, its members, and its agents harmless from all costs, damages, and attorney fees arising out of claims and suits against them, with respect to the discharge of their responsibilities.
