36-10-36. Promulgation of rules--Licensure--Fees--Discipline--Supervision--Continuing education.The State Board of Physical Therapy shall promulgate rules, pursuant to chapter 1-26, pertaining to licensure, fees, discipline, supervision, and the continuing education of physical therapists and physical therapist assistants.
