36-10-39. Licensure suspension or revocation--Grounds.The State Board of Physical Therapy may cancel, revoke, or suspend the license of any physical therapist or physical therapist assistant, issued under this chapter, upon satisfactory evidence of the licensee's incompetence, unprofessional or dishonorable conduct, or violation of this chapter.
