36-10-41. Action on license--Initiation of proceedings.The State Board of Physical Therapy may initiate proceedings for the cancellation, revocation, or suspension of a license if the board has information that a person may be guilty of incompetence, or unprofessional or dishonorable conduct as provided in §36-10-40.
