Appeal from decision of board.Any party feeling aggrieved by any acts, rulings, or decisions of the State Board of Physical Therapy, relating to the refusal to grant a license or to the cancellation, revocation, or suspension of a license may appeal the decision, pursuant to chapter 1-26.
