36-10-51. Continuing education--Requirements--Waiver.In order to renew a license, a person shall submit evidence, satisfactory to the State Board of Physical Therapy, indicating compliance with the continuing education requirements established by the board. The board may waive the continuing education requirements if the applicant submits evidence satisfactory to the board that the applicant was unable to comply because of illness, disability, military service, or financial hardship.
