36-10B-8. Fee classifications.The board may promulgate fees for the following fee classifications:(1)Initial license fee not to exceed seventy dollars;(2)Renewal of license fee not to exceed thirty-five dollars;(3)Late renewal fee not to exceed one hundred dollars; and(4)Temporary permit fee not to exceed fifty dollars.
