Transfer of pharmacy permit to another pharmacist.Each permit for a pharmacy may be transferred to another pharmacist in good standing and registered under the laws of this state without the payment of an additional fee; provided an application for the transfer of said permit is made upon a form prescribed by the State Board of Pharmacy and filed with the secretary thereof not less than ten days before the transfer of such active management is made.
