Permit void after death of pharmacist--Time allowed for transfer.In the event of the death of the pharmacist permittee, the pharmacy permit issued to the deceased under this chapter shall, within one hundred twenty days after the death of such permittee, become null and void unless transfer thereof, as provided in §36-11-37, shall have been made within the said one hundred twenty day period.
