36-11-5. Meetings of board--Quorum.The Board of Pharmacy shall hold meetings for the examination of applicants for registration and the transaction of such other business as shall pertain to its duties. Special meetings of the board may be held whenever it shall be deemed necessary by a majority of the members thereof. Two members of such board shall constitute a quorum. Source: SL 1967, ch 102, §5.
