Continuing validity of previously issued certificates--Recording of names.All registration certificates to practice veterinary medicine issued prior to July 1, 1961, pursuant to the laws of the State of South Dakota shall be deemed to be a license issued under this chapter, and the secretary of the Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners shall record the names of all parties to whom such registration certificates were issued along with those to whom licenses are issued after such date.
