36-12-29. Severability of provisions.If any section, subsection, sentence, or word of this chapter shall be determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unconstitutional or inoperative, it shall not affect the remaining portions of this chapter. Source: SL 1961, ch 201, §21.
