Access of authorities to salons or schools for inspection and enforcement purposes.The commission, any state or local board of health, or any officer or employee thereof, may enter during the business hours, any salon or school licensed under the provisions of this chapter and any other place where the practice of cosmetology is followed, practiced, or taught for the purpose of inspection and enforcement of this chapter and the rules adopted pursuant to this chapter.
