Persons exempt from chapter.This chapter does not apply to services rendered by regularly licensed physicians, physician assistants, nurses, podiatrists, chiropractors, physical therapists, occupational therapists, morticians, barbers, or licensed demonstrators when exclusively engaged in the practice of their respective professions.
