36-15-2.4. Terms of licenses--Renewal dates.Any license or permit issued under this chapter or any license issued under prior law may be renewed for periods of one year, but in any event expiring on the renewal date as established by the commission. The commission shall, by rules promulgated pursuant to chapter 1-26, establish the renewal date for any licenses or permits issued under this chapter. Source: SL 2003, ch 202, §15.
