36-18A-17. Removal of board member--Filling of vacancies.The Governor may remove any member of the board for misconduct, incapacity, or neglect of duty. Any member appointed to fill a vacancy arising from other than the natural expiration of a term shall serve for only the unexpired portion of the term. Source: SL 1999, ch 195, §17.
