36-18A-19. Accounting for moneys received--Disbursement of funds--Vouchers and warrants.The executive director of the board shall receive and account for all money derived under the provisions of this chapter. All money shall be used by the board to administer the duties set forth under this chapter. The board may determine the manner of disbursing the money and purposes for which disbursements shall be made. Warrants for the payment of disbursements shall be issued by the state auditor and paid by the state treasurer upon presentation of itemized vouchers approved by the board. The total of the warrants may not exceed the total balance. Source: SL 1999, ch 195, §19.
