36-18A-21. Employment of executive director and staff--Offices.The board shall employ an executive director who shall work under the direction of the board and shall be delegated the duties necessary to conduct board business. The board may employ staff and rent offices as necessary for the proper performance of its duties as prescribed in this chapter.
