Board continued within Department of Labor and Regulation--Retains functions of previous commission.The Board of Technical Professions shall continue within the Department of Labor and Regulation and shall retain all the prescribed functions, including administrative functions, of the previous State Commission of Engineering, Architectural and Land Surveying Examiners.
