36-18A-25. Engineering intern--Qualifications.Any applicant for enrollment as an engineering intern shall provide evidence satisfactory to the board that the applicant has graduated from or is admitted in an accredited engineering curriculum and has passed an examination. The examination may be taken during the applicant's senior year of study or at such time as may be determined by the board. The board shall promulgate rules, pursuant to chapter 1-26, to establish education, experience, and examination criteria. Source: SL 1999, ch 195, §25.
