36-18A-30. Landscape architect qualifications--Certification by Council of Landscape Architectural Registration Boards in lieu of qualifications--Board to establish criteria.Any applicant for licensure as a landscape architect shall provide the following evidence satisfactory to the board:(1)Graduation from an accredited program of landscape architecture;(2)Completion of a council record from the Council of Landscape Architectural Registration Boards; and(3)Successful completion of examinations.The board may qualify an applicant who holds a certification issued by the Council of Landscape Architectural Registration Boards in lieu of the qualifications listed in this section. The board shall promulgate rules, pursuant to chapter 1-26, to establish education, experience, and examination criteria. Source: SL 1999, ch 195, §30.
